APPLIED RESEARCH · INDUSTRIAL INTELLIGENCE

Systems that reason
about the physical world.

Fluxive Inc. researches and builds composable, air-gapped intelligence systems and the governance patterns that keep them safe, auditable, and owned by the people who run them.

01 · RESEARCH
Where software meets the shop floor.

Our work sits at the boundary between machine intelligence and physical operations — factories, fleets, facilities, and the people who direct them. We study how autonomous units can be composed, constrained, and trusted, and we turn that research into working systems rather than papers on a shelf.

02 · DESIGN PATTERNS
A language for building trustworthy autonomy.

Over years of practice we've distilled a small set of reusable patterns. They describe how we build — not the proprietary details of what runs inside. Each is deliberately abstract.

Perimeter

Every system defines a hard boundary before it defines a feature. Identity, device, and network posture are checked at the edge, so trust is established once and never assumed inward.

Air-gapped tenancy

Each customer gets an isolated environment of their own. Blast radius stays local, ownership is real, and data boundaries are physical rather than promised — the isolation is the product.

Cosmograph

Complex systems are made legible as living maps. Instead of dashboards of numbers, operators navigate their world spatially — every unit, connection, and state visible at a glance and one click from detail.

Composable units

Capability is packaged into small, well-described units that can be enriched, combined, and governed independently — so a system grows by composition, not rewrites.

Governed autonomy

Autonomy operates inside explicit constraints, with a human able to review, approve, or revoke consequential actions. Freedom and accountability are designed together, not bolted on.

Sidecar comms

Systems meet people where they already are — chat, email, messaging — through a single connective layer, so operations stay conversational without fragmenting the source of truth.

03 · PRINCIPLES
What we won't compromise.
I

Isolation over convenience

We choose the harder architecture when it makes the customer safer.

II

Legibility over dashboards

If an operator can't see it, they can't govern it.

III

Ownership over lock-in

Customers hold the keys to their own environment.

IV

Audit by construction

Every consequential action leaves a trace, always.

04 · PRACTICE
Research that ships.

Fluxive Inc. is a privately held research and engineering company. Our patterns are proven in production across industrial operations. We publish our thinking, not our internals — the specifics of what we build for customers stay theirs.
